Another year has come and gone. 2010 was a good year and hope 2011 will be even better. We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season and a Happy New Year!
Recap of 2010.
We went up to Vancouver, Canada for a couple days during spring break. The kids had a blast. We stayed at the River Rock Casino and Resort. A great place to stay if and when you decided to go and visit. We rode on the sky train, went on the suspension bridge and did some shopping. It did rain a little while we were up there, but over all a great trip.
Summer time-
Stevie and Abby had a great birthday party in June. We combined their parties together since they are both June babies. Stevie and Abby wanted a Iron man theme and that's what they got.
In July, Villa had to go to Sunriver for work. We tagged along and made a vacation out of it. It was so beautiful and relaxing out there. Stevie and Abby had so much fun playing in the pool during the day and having ice cream in the evenings.
August- San Diego for 5 days. When we first arrived in SD, we went and got our car and had a mellow day visiting the town and driving to up to La Jolla. 2nd day, we went to Legoland. Stevie had such a great time and we didn't even tour the whole place. Probably just 1/4 of it. Abby had an O.K. time there. She wasn't able to go on a lot of the rides Stevie were. so, if you have little ones, it's probably best to wait till they are older so they can really enjoy it and probably want to get a 2 day pass. By the end of the day, they were WIPED out! Guess that means it was a good day. Of course, Stevie and Abby couldn't leave without buying some souvienors for themselves and their friends.
Day 3, we went up to orange county (Irvine) and had breakfast at this fantastic cafe called 85* C. They have the best pastries and is fresh and made thru out the day. We then met up with Villa's best friend Steve and his family. Had lunch with them and then we went to Laguna and Newport Beach. Stevie and Abby played with Allyson in the sand. We then went to Newport and did some shopping. We ended the day back in Irvine with dinner at a Korean restaurant and Mochi ice cream. The drive back to our hotel was nice and quiet drive!
Day 4, we went to Sea World. Steve and his family came down and joined us. Abby and Stevie loved watching Shamu and the dolphins. They had a great time walking around Sea World and enjoyed the rides. This time, Abby was able to go on all the rides Stevie did. Again, how can they leave Sea World without gifts for their best friends. 
Day 5, We packed up the car and headed to breakfast. Then returned the car and went to the airport. The trip went really well and the plane ride back home was decent. Villa sat with Stevie while my mom, and I sat with Abby. The kids loved looking out the window of the plane.
That ends our summer vacation and just in time for Stevie to start Pre-K 4's and Abby will be going to MMO (moms morning out).
